The problem
Staff master data, documents and approvals needed one place, without the cost of running a server.
What I built
A decoupled setup: a Tailwind frontend on Cloudflare Pages, a Pages Function as the API gateway, and Apps Script as a JSON backend storing records in Google Sheets and documents in Google Drive.
The result
One repository deploys both halves automatically: Cloudflare Pages for the frontend, and GitHub Actions with clasp for the Apps Script backend.
