The problem
Form serial ranges, usage and cancellations were reconciled by hand, and every usage report (BAP) had to be typed into a Word template.
What I built
A Laravel 13 app with Inertia and React. Counter staff record form usage and cancellations, supervisors verify, and each BAP prints as an A4 PDF that follows the office template, with formal Indonesian dates in WITA and four signature blocks.
The result
Every BAP can be printed or exported in one click by any role allowed to view it, and access rules are covered by feature tests.
