The problem
NJKB values live in long regulation PDFs, some of them scanned, and a value from the wrong regulation or year silently produces the wrong tax.
What I built
A Workers API with a validated JSON/CSV ingestion pipeline: deterministic PDF table extraction for Pergub NTT 26/2025, pinned OCR for Permendagri 11/2026, and a resolver that never substitutes values across years or authority tiers. Owner and identity data are never stored, exposed or logged.
The result
Every source row has a documented outcome, and lookups go through a stable, documented contract (OpenAPI spec, health and readiness probes) with tests that never call the live upstream.
