The problem
Incident reports were filled in on paper forms, which made follow-up deadlines, risk grading and audit trails hard to enforce.
What I built
A React app on Cloudflare Pages Functions and D1 that maps every field of the official IKP form, with role-based workflow, risk grading, a 48-hour SLA, user management and printable PDF reports. Architecture, data and security decisions are documented for the hospital's committees.
The result
Went through a production canary with deployment, rollback and operations runbooks and a user training guide.
